How To Make A Reservation

Reservation Procedures

The Reservation Office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Guests who arrive at the park after 5pm Monday-Friday or anytime on the weekend WITHOUT A RESERVATION, please go to Station 14 Convenience Store (on property) which is open until 9 PM. You may book your reservation there.
All reservations at USRV are made over the phone. 334-821-8968.
Overnight reservations and payments for reservations are made with a credit card (which has a 3% fee for Master Card, Visa, Discover and 4% for American Express) or by ACH checking account (no fee).
Gameday Weekend Reservations: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit. This $50 will be deducted from the full balance due.
Gameday Weekend Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. ANY cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Overnight Reservations: Are paid in full in advance with a 48 hour cancellation policy and a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE.

Gameday Weekend reservations have a 30 day cancellation policy with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE for any reason.
Fall Season Leases may be transferable to another lease holder only with Management's approval.
WE DO NOT ALLOW 3RD PARTY RENTALS SUCH AS AIRBNB, VRBO, ETC.
