1 1/2 Lbs. Ground Chuck
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Milk
1 1/4 Tblsp. Flour
Instructions
Combine All Ingredients Well, But Don't Overdo. Form Into 30-35 Meatballs And Brown Well In Oil Until Cooked Through Or Put Into A Microwave/Oven Safe Loaf Pan And Cook On HIGH For 10 Minutes In Microwave Then Into A 350 Degree Oven For An Additional 20 Minutes.
