Ingredients
2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Honey
1/2  Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Minced Onion
1  Cup Red Wine
12 Garlic Cloves minced
2 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Cumin Powder

Directions
Combine ingredients in non-reactive mixing bowl with pour spout.
Bottle marinade and keep in fridge or freezer as this amount will be good for about 3 tri-tip.

Recommended Use:
Marinade Tri-Tip(s) overnight
Baste the Beef with additional marinade whilst grilling.
Gas Grill 450F for Medium cooked Tri-Tip until internal temperature is reached:
- Med Rare 145F Degrees
- Medium 160F degrees
