Canadian bacon, a little Polish and Italian sausage 
Sweet green, red bell peppers; add a little hot one if your valves can handle it 
Sweet Vidalia onion, green onions a plus 
Nice extra large eggs (from a chicken, at least)

Precooked salt potatoes 
Road salt, gear grind pepper, what else ya got?

PREPARATION: Chop up everything into nice bite size pieces. Get that griddle hot as a first turn brake rotor. Add a little Betsy butter and some 5W olive oil. Where's your spatula? Start with the meat, don't be afraid to skitter it around and break it down like a dirty carb. About the same time on the other side of the griddle or another pan, get those cut up taters and some onion working. Stir 'em up nice and crispy. (Salt spuds make the best home fries).
